Terms of Service



We are committed to customer confidence and confidentiality, and will never share any information about you without your express prior consent, with the exception of any information securely shared with third-party providers, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree not to share any proprietary information, including, but not limited to: templates, worksheets, resources, and personalized plans, except with our express prior consent.

If you take part in a group program, you automatically extend permission to us to share details about your writing, your publishing projects, or other material for which you’re seeking coaching, for the purposes of providing you with service. You agree to preserve the confidentiality of what other participants share within the group, except as made unnecessary by participants themselves by acts of sharing their materials in a public forum, e.g., a website or Facebook page.   

Some programs may be recorded for the convenience of participants. You agree to be recorded for educational purposes and quality control. You agree to keep confidential any recordings to which you are given access, including but not limited to: refraining from sharing video or audio recordings, transcripts, or URL’s that lead to the recordings, whether hosted by you or anyone else.

System Capabilities for Online Sessions

A high-speed Internet connection is necessary for participating in live video- and tele-conference sessions, viewing video courses, and loading shared documents without lag time. Customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any third-party software, such as Google Docs. We are not responsible for any loss in service or issues with third-party software. For online sessions, customers must be equipped with headphones or earbuds and a webcam.

Customer Commitment

Customers are responsible for checking their email for information, instructions, and documents. We are not responsible for consequences that ensue from failure to check email for updates, revisions, resources, or support. Customers who are not comfortable opening web pages or using email are not a good fit for our online services.

Rescheduling a Session

If you have a conflict for a scheduled individual session, send an email to megan(at)meganbarnhard.com or ellaebarnard(at)gmail.com as soon as you know of the conflict. If we can reschedule your session to accommodate you, we will.

Scheduled group sessions will not be rescheduled to accommodate a single individual.

Late Start

If a customer does not arrive on time for an individual session, an attempt will be made to contact the customer via all channels provided to us. If a late start is unavoidable, please notify us via email: hello@allwriterswelcome.com  We will utilize whatever portion of the session can be completed before the scheduled end time.  No refund will be given for the missed part of the session.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled individual sessions are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If a customer does not show up for a scheduled session without prior arrangement, the full cost of the session is still due and the time will not be made up.

Interruption of Service

We are not responsible for loss of service due to any hardware, software, or connectivity issues that originate on the customer’s end. In the case of loss of service of more than a minute that originates with us, the session time will be made up in a way that fits the customer’s schedule, within 10 days of the originally scheduled time. In the case of a complete loss of service that originates with us, an attempt will be made to utilize an alternate channel. If an alternate channel is not available, the session will be rescheduled at the customer’s convenience, within 10 days of the originally scheduled time.


The products and services offered by All Writers Welcome and Radiance Unlimited do not come with any warranty, expressed or implied. We cannot guarantee improved performance, promotion, or acceptance to a program or position.
